Amazing!!!

The hangers look as described in the picture! I got ones done for myself (bride) and the groom and our respective wedding party. I was glad that we were able to customise as well because I have a 'man of honour' and want him to feel included with everything. Also I was able to do a pick up as I am local and the seller was great at communicating (over Esty chat) when and where I can pick the hangers up from! Overall, amazing experience and product

Just what it said in the tin! 👌

Great quality, matched the description and looks great

Quality of the item was beautiful, however the tiny design for the Harry Potter triangle within the stag that we had featured on the coat hangers is not very noticeable. This is perfectly acceptable, however it would have been helpful if this was communicated to me prior to the order going ahead. I now have to fill in the symbol with my own marker, as it looks uneven. The seller also booked a delivery for a date, and then the delivery was cancelled and rebooked. The tracking said that the courier tried to collect it, but couldn’t at the time it was due to be collected. I communicated this to the seller, and they explained it was due to being a Saturday. Again, perfectly understandable and reasonable - it’s just that they didn’t communicate it with me. Overall, the item is lovely aside from the stag triangle and communication.

I recently purchased a set of Harry Potter coat hangers for our wedding from this vendor on Etsy. While the quality of the product itself was satisfactory, I encountered several issues with communication and shipping. The design I received had a noticeable flaw – the triangle inside the stag was barely discernible, and the filling appeared uneven and incomplete. Additionally, there were communication lapses around shipping; although the vendor had booked shipping, the tracking information later indicated that the courier was unable to collect it. Despite these challenges, the overall quality of the item was decent. However, clearer communication and smoother shipping processes would have greatly improved the overall experience.

Stunning, exactly as advertised and super speedy shipping
