DISPATCH TIME
Most of our products are personalised and made to order. Please allow 2 business days from your order date for us to prepare and dispatch it.

Choosing Express Post gets your parcel to you faster once it leaves us, but it doesn't change the time needed to personalise your order.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Standard Shipping (2-8 business days) — $12 AUD
Express Shipping (1-4 business days) — $25 AUD

We currently ship within Australia only.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

PERSONALISED ORDERS
Please double check spelling, names and dates carefully before placing your order. Personalised items can't be changed once production has started, and aren't eligible for returns.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please double check your delivery address at checkout — we're unable to change it once an order has left our workshop. If a redelivery is required, the customer is responsible for any related charges.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & SALE PERIODS
During busy sale periods and around Victorian and Australian public holidays, please allow a little extra time for dispatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items. If there's ever an issue with your order, please get in touch — we're always happy to help.
