I purchased this item based on the fact that it was a local seller with quick delivery times as per the item’s description, disappointingly, it arrived just shy of 4 weeks later. I ended up having to give my flower girl her proposal gift without a card as I couldn’t delay any further. I followed up with the owner after 2 weeks, who was lovely and responsive, advising there was an order back log/delays due to the public holiday, but this should have been made more clear and communicated in the first instance or the item’s description updated to reflect this rather than me having to purchase the item and follow up to find out. Item itself was beautiful as expected but sadly just too late!

Looking to purchase the cards but when adding to the cart the shipping cost would increase to $25 for three cards. Zoe was helpful when I messaged her about this. Two weeks went by with no updates. I realised a wedding expo was on soon so messaged to ask if they could be received in time for it. Again, Zoe was helpful and said she’d send asap.
Received no update, followed up then received a shipping notification.
Was happy to have received them in time but unfortunately they had someone else’s details ghosted on them and the quality wasn’t acceptable (dirt marks, ink where it shouldn’t be, untidy edges).
Messaged Zoe and she offered to send a new set but it was too late. Despite being unable to use them I received a partial refund of the card amount rather than the full order amount.

These bridesmaids proposal cards are beautiful, I love the gold foiling! However, one of them did arrive with a bit of a crease and some of the gold foiling was tarnished. The other two I ordered were perfect though. Production and delivery was very quick.
