Disappointed that this was shipped in soft packaging (soft outer package and single-sheet bubble wrap/tissue paper) without even a piece of cardboard to keep it from bending. The card and envelope arrived bent which is frustrating considering I paid more for shipping than I did for the item itself. The card itself is thinner than expected, more like thick paper. This might be forgivable if it weren’t bent.
